Heroes at the Berthold-Gymnasium
Ceremonial close to first successful year of cooperation between the SFB 948 and the Berthold-Gymnasium Freiburg
| On July 25, 2014, the seminar course "Krieg und Frieden" (War and Peace) which was organized between the Berthold-Gymnasium and the SFB 948 in grade 11 was ceremoniously closed at the school. After having extensively dealt with questions of heroism and heroic figures over the past year, the students presented their results in the form of posters. The SFB 948 arranged for one of its academic assistants from the University of Freiburg to support the project, for instance, by accompanying the students to SFB events on academic writing and introducing them to methods and questions common in the humanities. |
